This is how it works!
The first new patient appointment is $650 depending on cleaning discussed with hygienist and doctor. Annually this is a saving of $178–$379.
Coverage begins at your first appointment and is in effect for 365 days. Payment for services will be due at appointment and cannot be combined with any other insurance, Care Credit, or courtesy offers by Rappaport Dental.

If you do not have dental insurance or need to pay for costs not covered by your policy, we accept most major credit cards.
